Arvind Rajan is CEO of Astute Business Solutions, a leading Oracle partner focusing on migrating on-premise applications and workloads to the Oracle Cloud. In particular, Arvind has leveraged his industry experience with Healthcare, Education, Government, Non-Profit, Retail and Financial Services to drive vertical solutions aimed at digital transformation initiatives. Based on this experience, he is leading the expansion of Astute services to include Cloud Managed Services, Disaster Recovery on Cloud, and Integration and Process Automation using Platform Cloud Services. He is passionate about helping customers strategize, plan and execute their Journeys to Cloud.

Arvind has spent twenty years collaborating and partnering with customers leveraging technology to drive agility, automation and transformation. He has led, managed and spearheaded growth of Cloud and PeopleSoft Services and Solutions with a responsible, creative and consistent approach towards profitability and success. As Chief Technologist, he designed highly-available and scalable solutions for large enterprise customers as well as mid-market. Arvind has experience and expertise in Customer Lifecycle Management from contract negotiation to project planning, solution design, development, testing and global rollout while achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction. He has an acute focus on balanced growth aligned to strategic vision and goals.

Sudhir Mehandru has over 25 years of experience in IT Outsourcing, including ERP’s, Application Hosting, Cloud and Implementation of complex Financial, Accounting, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and CRM systems.

Prior to co-founding Astute Business Solutions, he worked at PeopleSoft/Oracle, KPMG, E&Y, Intelligroup (now NTT Data), Triad (now Epicor), and Copper Vision. Among his responsibilities were Controller, Finance Director, Cost Accounting, VP-Sales, and Client Services. His current focus is Integrating Disparate Business Systems in Oracle Cloud and a key focus on PeopleSoft Migration to Oracle Cloud (OCI), PeopleSoft 9.2 application, and PeopleTools upgrade Testing using PTF, Application Support and Managed Support Services.

With over 18 years of experience in IT consulting and project management experience in ERP, Jiyash has executed complex PeopleSoft ERP upgrades and global rollouts in Peoplesoft Human Capital Management and Finance/Supply Chain across the globe. Leading onsite, offshore, technical, QA, and functional ERP implementation teams, his experience spans across HR, Insurance, retail, manufacturing (SCM), and finance industries.

With solid experience in designing and developing integrations between ERP systems, he has worked for many leading fortune 500 clients in the US and APAC regions. He has strong skills in estimation, pricing, negotiation, risk management and people management and has played multiple roles in his career as Project Manager, PeopleSoft Consultant, Technical Lead, etc.

Sanjit Sanyal has expertise in a diverse range of technologies including cloud implementation within multiple industry settings. His career successes include global deployments, leading large teams involving implementation and support of enterprise and custom products in multi shore engagements including Manufacturing processes

Sanjit has excellent people and client management skills and an effective communicator believes in timely and quality execution within managed budgets, in turn, helping the overall project and delivery management. He works effectively with C level executives for strategic and operational initiatives. Sanjit's experience involves a wide variety of industries including finance, insurance, health care, manufacturing, and services.

Ratnakar Nanavaty is an Information Technology Strategist and Service Delivery Leader who has helped over eighty higher-education, government, non-profit, public and private institutions in various capacities over the last thirty years.

He has led teams that have supported the delivery of Ellucian Banner, Oracle Peoplesoft, Ellucian Colleague, Salesforce, Jenzabar, Anthology, Oracle, and Workday services. He has presented at Educause, Alliance, CASE, and Ellucian conferences. While working for Ellucian and SunGard, He was awarded a management award in recognition of his contribution and service delivery.

As a Chief Strategist at Astute Business Solutions, he is leading the strategy and development of our higher education and government services.

Supriya Prabhakara has in-depth knowledge of Lift and Shift to Cloud using Integration Cloud to integrate Oracle ERP and third-party systems. She has hands-on experience with Cloud Infrastructure architecture and PeopleSoft applications.

Supriya manages Chatbot development and implementation projects. She led the development of Astute's Guru Student Chatbot solution that achieved Powered by Oracle Cloud status and is now listed on the OCI marketplace. She is now working on expanding Astute's capabilities into chatbots for HR, Procurement, Retail, and Sales. She focuses on design, development, and integration of chatbots with Oracle Digital Assistant.

Supriya is also the technology team lead at Astute for the FasTest test automation tools for PeopleSoft applications. Using his vast experience in PeopleSoft implementations, she develops and deploys automated testing solutions based on FasTest and PTF for customers, ensuring successful delivery and implementation

Supriya has over 12 years of PeopleSoft and Oracle Cloud experience spanning industries such as Higher Education, Healthcare, Non-Profit, and Financial Services.

Ashwini Chandra brings over 18 years of deep expertise in PeopleSoft and Oracle Cloud, with a focus on driving innovation through AI and integration technologies. She is a specialist in orchestrating seamless migrations to the cloud using Oracle Integration Cloud, ensuring smooth interoperability between Oracle ERP and third-party systems.

With a passion for artificial intelligence, Ashwini excels at building AI-driven applications that enhance user experiences and streamline operations. She has successfully implemented cutting-edge solutions like PeopleSoft PICASO, Oracle Digital Assistant, and Oracle Document Understanding, utilizing these technologies to transform business processes, improve decision-making, and optimize workflows.

Previously, Ashwini has worked as a Peoplesoft/Cloud Admin and has performed numerous PeopleSoft tools/application upgrades. She has seamlessly integrated Peoplesoft with Oracle cloud solutions like the object storage to create a comprehensive ecosystem aimed at modernization of PeopleSoft.

Her extensive experience spans a variety of industries including Higher Education, Human Resources, Healthcare, Non-Profit, and Financial Services, making her adept at developing solutions that cater to unique business challenges.
